Torry jumped off the plank and tried to turn into a helicopter but he couldn’t.
“I got the travel machine,” said Mrs. Trim.
“Good,” said Torry. “Send us to Hawaii.”
“Hawaii you want Hawaii you get,” said Mrs. Trim pushing the button.
Meanwhile in Hawaii Amy, Torry, and Frisky appeared. Amy and Frisky rested and ate pineapple. But Torry wondered what went wrong with his crystal. He looked there it was when he jumped it came out. Then the rest came here. Then they all fell into a trapdoor.
“I wish Bill and Jack were here,” said Amy.
Then a cage opened and a man came in.
“Sorry Mr. Trim there have been crooks around here,” said the man.
“Friends this is David Comor,” said Mr. Trim. “Dr. Comor this is my wife Jill and here my friends Victor, Randy, Torry, Bob, Dan, Betty, Amy, and her cat Frisky.”
“I’ve been studying on magic crystals,” said Dr. Comor.
“They’re yellow in color and come from dragons and can make you into anything in the world,” said Torry.
“How do you know?” said David Comor.
“I have one,” said Torry.
“Good, now I can make an experiment,” said Dr. Comor. “Let me show you around first but you need something to drink there 11 of you.”
“10 of us,” said Amy.
“O.K.” said David Comor.
Later when they were drinking Dr. Comor show his latest invention.
“Watch Frisky disappear and reappear again,” Dr. Comor said. “Frisky did not really disappear the cat became invisible. Now I think you need some rest.”
Meanwhile Bill and Jack came to the sleeping.
“We’ll put them all in the next whirlpool,” said Bill.
“What! They’re gone!” said Jack.
“This is Hawaii,” said Bill.
“Come on let’s go after them,” said Jack.
They looked and looked but they could not find them. Meanwhile Victor could not get to sleep he found Jack & Bill in the trapdoor area. And pressed the button which opened the trapdoor so Jack and Bill fell into the cage. Victor twisted and turned and he finally got to sleep.
The next morning was Saturday. So the children watched cartoons. Except Dan and Victor which were asleep with Frisky. Mr. Trim and Dr. Comor worked on invention. And Bill and Jack were trying to get out of the cage. Later Victor, Frisky, and Dan woke up.
“I want breakfast,” said Dan.
“Breakfast?” said Mr. Trim. “It’s time for lunch.”
“It’s time to feed Frisky,” said Amy.
Amy got the cat food and milk. Put them in saucers and put them in Frisky’s bowls then sat down at the table. Later at 6:45.
“That was a great supper,” said Victor.
“Who are those two in the cage?” asked Dr. Comor.
“Oh! They’re Jack and Bill leave them in there,” said Bob.
“Bob is right,” said Mr. Trim.
“Oh yeah,” said David Comor. “I want to show you my sugar cane plant.”
Later at the sugar cane plant.
“Here try some fresh new sugar,” said Dr. Comor. “And here is some sugar cane. Now back to my lab to sleep.”
The next morning Bill and Jack escaped but Jack stepped on Frisky’s tail woke Frisky up and Frisky pushed Jack back in the cage. And Mrs. Trim got Bill with Jack and another cage closed on them. Later it was time for church Bill and Jack escaped again.
“They’re gone to church,” said Bill. “What does that let us do?”
“It lets us go to church,” said Jack.
“No, it lets us steal the inventions. I wonder what this does. Jack! You’re invisible. I’ll try it on myself. Now we can attack without anybody knowing it.” said Bill.
Later after church.
“Someone hit me.” said Torry.
“Ah! Ha!” said Mrs. Trim she pressed the button and Bill and Jack appeared.
“Now to push the button of the sleeping ray,” said Mr. Trim and they soon fell asleep.
“Now the rest of Sunday we’ll have to listen to Bill snore. Now to lunch,” said Bob.
Later after lunch. Let’s go outside for awhile. So they played baseball.
“What is the score? That’s 9 innings,” said Bob.
“Torry’s team 2 Dan’s team 1,” said Mr. Trim.
“Now lets go to supper,” said Bob.
The next day.
“I am afraid we will have to leave today,” said Mr. Trim. “We’ll keep the sugar, the sugar cane, and this pineapple and a box of cat food.”
“Good bye David Comor,” they all said.
Meanwhile Bill and Jack woke.
“Here is the travel machine we will go to the ship and leave them in Hawaii.” Then Bill started the travel machine.
At the ship the rest just got on. When Bill and Jack came.
“How did you get here?” asked Bill.
“Thank you.” said Mrs. Trim taking the travel machine. “Now to go to Jesterville.”
“You may have won this one but next time I’ll get you,” said Bill.
“O.K. next time will be at the Ohio River,” said Mr. Trim. “Now get out of my lab.”
