Return To The Previous Story - Torry's Hawaiian Vacation
One summer day Tuesday Bill and Jack went to Pittsburgh remembering yesterday Mr. Trim said, “Next time is at the Ohio River.”
“Here we are at the start of the Ohio River but...but where are they,” said Bill.
“Waiting to drown us!” said Jack running.
“Oh come back Jack,” said Bill.
“You are right, Bill,” said Jack.
Then they got sleepy. Jack fell asleep. Bill tried to stay awake, but at last he too started to fall asleep.
The next Mr. Trim, and the rest went to the Ohio River. Bill took Betty flat to the ground hit her on the head. Then Betty got up.
“You know women’s rights,” said Betty pushing Bill in the Ohio River.
Jack pushed Dan and Amy with Bill, then Randy, Victor, Torry, and Mr. Trim. Torry turned to a fish and swam ahead of the others then turned to a ladder and then the others climbed up the ladder and Torry turned back and Dan pulled Torry up. And Jack ran away. They did not see Jack or Bill the rest of Wednesday or Thursday so they took a tour of Pittsburgh and the Ohio River but Friday Jack came then they went to the edge of Cincinnati. Then Jack took the travel machine to Bill then Bill and Jack came back. Then they were all pushed in the river.
“Look!” said Torry.
“It’s John in the U.S.S. Trim,” said Bob.
They all got on so did Jack and Bill with the travel machine. Then Bill knocked John to the ground unconscious. Then Mr. Trim woke up John.
Then John said, “Do you want to go swimming?”
“Sure I will,” said Bill.
“I can’t swim,” said Jack.
“Well you’re both going swimming,” said John pushing them in.
But Bill and Jack hung on to the edge and climbed back in. Then John started the ship up the Ohio River.
While they all had breakfast Mr. Trim put some stuff in Bill and Jack’s breakfast that put them to sleep. Then they had a nice time until 1:00 when Bill and Jack woke up. Bill locked Torry, Bob, Amy, Betty, Victor, Randy and Mr. Trim in a room.
“What happened to Frisky, well I’ll get rid of the cat food,” said Amy.
She opened the cabinet and Frisky was there eating from the cat food bag.
“I found a way,” said Dan.
Then Dan said, “This vent hole leads to the room where John is will someone open it.”
Bob got there and opened it.
“I’m too small,” said Dan.
“I am too,” said Bob.
“What about Frisky?” said Amy.
“Good thinking Amy,” said Dan.
So Amy put Frisky in there and Frisky went.
“Now we can only wait and see,” said Dan.
Frisky came out just as Bill was going to lock John in with the rest. Frisky scratched Bill dropping the keys by John’s feet.
“Meow,” said Frisky.
“In there?” asked John.
John took the keys and unlocked the door then the rest got out.
“Good work, Frisky,” said Amy.
Frisky mewed proudly.
“Now we are going to Jesterville,” said John.
