Return To The Previous Story - Kenny
One day Mr. Trim was going to play baseball. Jack came there too.
Jack said, “We will win against you all even with Mr. Trim pitching.”
“How much do you want to bet,” said Bob.
“$200,” said Jack.
“You could not afford it let’s make it fifty dollars,” said Bob.
“No you couldn’t afford it let’s make it $2,” said Jack.
“Deal!” said Bob.
“I wouldn’t gamble if I were you,” said Dan.
Bob did not listen. Jack was up he hit a fly ball that was caught by Mr. Trim. Bill hit one to left field Dan was there 2 away. Kenny let 2 strikes past then hit a home run. Jack hit a foul back behind the plate Torry caught it. Then with two outs a time score no one on base Mr. Trim hit a home run then John made 3 outs. Then in 2nd with one out Kenny let the first 2 by and the next 2 were balls. Mr. Trim put a fast one. Kenny swung the bat and missed. Then in the 3rd Torry hit a triple then Amy was up. Amy was out but Torry could make it 3 to 1. Then in the 4th Bill singled then Kenny homered. Jack was out then Bill hit a fly ball for 2 outs. Kenny made a home run Jack singled. Bill hit it to the short stop who threw it to Randy for 3 outs. John made a home run to tie thing up. Then in the 5th no one came all 1, 2, 3. Then in the bottom of the 6th Dan doubled Mr. Trim was out but Dan moved to 3rd then John hit a sacrifice fly to make Dan break the tie. Then Betty singled followed by Randy, Victor, and Bob to make it 6 to 4. Then Torry hit it to Kenny who tagged Randy sliding at the plate.
“Let’s have a break,” said Torry.
“That’s fine with me it’s hot playing 1st base,” said John.
“Why don’t you try 3rd base?” asked Victor.
“Or center field,” added Betty.
“Or right,” said Amy.
So they had a break. Torry turned into a fish and swam up the Dreosin River over to his old home then he turned back. He enjoyed it he saw some more dragons.
“If it isn’t the person who killed the dragon and stole the crystal 3 years 2 months and 12 days ago,” said the dragon.
Torry turned into a minnow and swam as fast as he could the dragon turned into one and followed Torry. Torry turned into a bigger fish and ate the minnow up. Then spat out the crystal. Torry turned back swam down and came up with the crystal. Torry sat to think what he could do with two crystals then he decided to give it to Randy. Then he saw another dragon. Torry dropped the new crystal he got. The dragon was busy taking the crystal that he did not see Torry turn into a fish and swim away. Then he turned back just as the game was ready to start again. So he went back behind the plate. So they were ready to start.
Kenny hit one way over Dan’s head. Mr. Trim pitched the ball it was low. The next one went out of the park foul. Then the next one was outside and it was followed by one high. They walked Jack with a wild pitch. Bill hit it to Victor who threw it to Randy who threw it to John.
Then Kenny hit a high one to center. Betty was there. Then Amy hit a fly it was caught by Kenny. Then the same thing happened to Dan. Mr. Trim hit one shallow into right. Bill caught it for 3 outs. Bill laughed at Frisky in back of the ball park.
“Stop laughing, Bill,” said Amy.
“You have to make me stop,” said Bill.
Then Mr. Trim threw one by him while Bill wasn’t looking.
“Look at the ball,” said Amy. “That was strike 1.”
Then Bill hit over Amy’s head. It hit Frisky.
“Me-ee-eow,” said Frisky bouncing the ball back to Amy.
Amy got it and threw it to Randy who threw it to Torry who made the play for two outs. Before then Jack hit a foul. Then hit it to Mr. Trim who threw it to John for one out. Then Kenny singled followed by Jack. Then Bill struck out followed by John, Betty, and Randy. Then Kenny made a base hit. Jack doubled to move Kenny to 3rd. Then Bill made it to 1st. Mr. Trim saw Kenny ready to go home so Mr. Trim threw it to Torry to keep Kenny at 3rd.
“Who will hit now?” asked Amy.
“My robot,” said Kenny.
Then it was hit far. Dan went to the wall and made a great catch. Jack started to go to 3rd base. So Randy got the ball Dan threw and stepped on the bag for out 2. Then Kenny tagged up and ran home. Randy threw to Torry. Torry made a great catch on the over throw but it was too late. They went 1, 2, 3 so Bob payed $2.
But Mr. Trim said, “That might teach you not to bet so here’s $2. Well I’ll give all of you $2 and Frisky gets $2 worth of cat food.”
“I will never bet money ever again,” said Bob. “And thank you for the money.”
