FOR EVERY AGE By ... Steve Lucky In the beginning, before the world was created God was watching over things. When everyone and everything around us disappears God will be there still. He knows the needs of every age And the needs of all the ages. Cavemen painted stories on the walls Of people, animals, and events beyond their understanding. Computer programmers create complex, sophisticated programs In an attempt to make sense of it all. Both these groups may think they know everything Or realize how difficult the problems around them actually are. For either case, God protects them and guides them With the timeless quality of love. Children in the stone age being persued by an animal, Senior citizens heading for their state of the art retirement home, And people in the first century Listening to Jesus for the first time Are all being watched over by God From His vantage point beyond time.
