COMPLICATIONS By ... Steve Lucky She wanted to travel the universe. Barely sixteen, she was ready to explore. Complications quickly set in Forcing her to learn there were many more Tasks to be completed before she could travel Freely wherever she wanted to go. Just when she felt she was making good progress More complications would make that progress slow. It seemed like nothing she could do Would get her past what was placed before her. She had to keep working towards what she wanted If any changes were to ever occur. Dancing skills she did not consider Useful in the depths of space, Yet there were times when she could use them. Everything has a proper place. Countless worlds far away from her Were still within her reach. As she steadily gathered information To learn what those worlds had to teach. New complications continued to emerge. Hostile worlds were far to easy to find. Despite it all, she knew the secret to survival Was to keep a pleasant state of mind. Copyright 2003, Steve Lucky
