PIECES By ... Steve Lucky Every flight that has gone into space Has people on board willing to take a risk. Uncertain moments they all have to face. Any such moment, no matter how brisk, Is one that can lead to a tragic event. Over time this might be forgotten. Space objects are frequently bent Whether they are made of steel or cotton. May people never forget the huge risks taken By those daring to go to the skies above. Tragic events can leave everyone shaken. Pioneers of space are remembered with love. Even as the risk decreases, One false move leaves everyone in pieces. Copyright 2003, Steve Lucky
