CONFIRMATION By ... Steve Lucky While something is not possible to confirm, Many people cling to hope. Before facts, one has to cope. Growing doubt can make one squirm. No facts to the contrary are very firm. Inevitably one tries to grope With the increasing odds against a nope. Logic destroys hope like a germ. Almost everyone feared the worst. Sadly they were not mistaken. The only good news was a solid end. Only love remains unshaken. From many sources news of confirmation quickly burst. People could no longer even pretend.
