RELEASE By ... Steve Lucky Stress is encountered every day. Continuing problems make tensions increase. When not properly handled, it will only grow. One needs to find a way to release Tensions blocking the solutions from sight. Faced with illusions it is better to be blind. Distortions keep one unaware Nearby objects should be easy to find. Released from illusions and other deceptions, Answers can be brought into view. Looking at things from a different angle Is another way to learn what to do. This is easier said than done Because stress is often trapped deep inside. Overcome by problems, instead of finding a solution All one wants to do is run and hide. Everything is not solved in a day.
