VIRUSES By ... Steve Lucky Deadlier than any war Viruses travel from door to door, nation to nation, house to house, Person to person, bird, pig, and mouse All this can happen before anyone is aware Such a deadly virus had ever been there. How can human beings greatest threat be Something too small for a person to see? Living, breathing viruses are able to show Anywhere a person or animal can go. Growth at an exponential rate May keep the public unaware until it is too late. The damage left in a viruses wake Can make even the bravest people quake. Greater population means a greater threat From all the viruses a person can get. Multiple viruses within the same host create Evolution at a terrifying rate. Those viruses combine in a multitude of ways Creating many potential threats in a matter of days. As the virus best able to survive reproduce Medicine to kill them becomes of less and less use. For people of every religion and race, Unseen virsuses are difficult to face. Copyright 2009, Steve Lucky
